Who can apply?

Travel agencies, travel advisors, tour operators and corporate travel planners who book rides for their clients.

How do agent rates work?

Rides between SEA and downtown Seattle hotels, Pier 66 and Pier 91 cost about $10 less than on our website. Your rate appears automatically when you book from your agent account. Other trips are at website prices.

How do I pay?

By card when you book each ride. You see the full price before you confirm, and gratuity is included.

What if a client's flight is delayed?

We track every SEA arrival and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time. Waiting is free for 45 minutes after landing.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. Call, text or email us with the booking number. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are fully refunded.

Which vehicles are available?

Sedans, electric sedans, SUVs and vans for up to 13 passengers. Car seats for any age are available on request.

Where do I log in?

At bookings.carinaride.com/account/login, or with the Agent login button on this page. The regular client login does not work for agent accounts.
